OUR FEES

Women’s Health Melbourne is a private billing clinic – we ask that fees are paid at the time of consultation.

Fees can be discussed upon contact with our friendly staff.

Billing schedules will be issued in advance of every treatment to ensure financial consent.

Reissuing documentation, including prescriptions and referrals, will incur a $35 fee.

Just like many other businesses operating within this new normal, Women’s Health Melbourne requires a deposit to confirm bookings.

It’s our policy to secure appointments with a $100 deposit.

If our patients choose to cancel or reschedule before 48 hours, this fee is stored on their account as a credit which can then be used at their next appointment or refunded upon request.

Appointments cancelled within the 48-hour period will have the deposit forfeited.

This policy helps our team be available for your best possible appointment times when booking and ensures enough time for us to fill gaps in our calendar with last-minute requests.

As always, we appreciate you, our loyal clients and patients, and are here to chat through this policy if any confusion arises.
