The Sex Tapes with Chantelle Otten - Sex During and After Pregnancy

Sex whilst pregnant. Sex once you've had the baby. Bodies, minds, priorities all changing fast. How do we maintain our sexual self esteem, our connection with out partners, our connection with ourselves. Obviously this was a topic we had to discuss with Chantelle, who of course provided much food for thought, and most of all reminded us that sex is meant to be fun.
Chantelle Otten is an internationally acclaimed Psycho-Sexologist based in Melbourne. With her background in scientific research, sexual medicine, and counselling, Chantelle believes that sexuality and self-esteem are an integral part of life, which everyone is entitled to and that Good sexual health should always be enjoyable, pain free and without prejudice.
When speaking to Chantelle it quickly became obvious that we would need more than one episode together to cover Raelia and Chantelle’s approaches to sex and answer your many questions.
Through our series The Sex Tapes we will be discussing a range of topics including the female orgasm, sexual concerns, sex for conception and sexual self-esteem through life stages.
